Just don't try to eat there

I attempted to eat on a Saturday afternoon at around 4pm. Despite the fact that they were relatively empty and that I had already asked a member of staff several times if we could order food, who repeatedly told us someone would come round, we waited over 45 minutes to order, and even then this was only achieved by leaving the seats and going to a till. Following this the food, a sandwich, took another 45 minutes to appear. True to form, the only way we managed to get the bill was by going back to the till - I wish we hadn't bothered! Two hours for a mediocre sandwich is ridiculous. Is possibly the worst service in Cambridge.
