Review of The Grapes
by Louis - Sunday 27th 2003f April 2003
This place serves the best pub food I've ever come across! The portions are HUGE, the meals are well priced and the bar staff are friendly. The land lady does all the cooking herself so be prepared for a short delay in getting your meal if it's busy but, as they say, the best things come to those who wait and if a meal of this standard means hanging about for an extra 15 minutes who am I to complain?!? The beer was exceptional, the surroundings were warm and comfortable and everyone was friendly. RECOMMENDED!!!
